- Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and place between 2 dumbbells to let the water dry for 30 minutes.
- Peel an avocado and grate into 1cm squares. Cut the pressed tofu and the tomato into equally sized pieces
- Combine the salad dressing ingredients in an empty salad bottle or jar and shake until well combined.
- Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped spring onions. Serve immediately.
