- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup heavy cream
Steps for making Waldorf salad
- Take a date pit. Dates cut into cubes. Take a raisin and chop the celery. Take the apple core.
- Cut the apple into cubes. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and pour all the apples with lemon juice. This is done so that the apple slices do not darken.
- Walnut toast. Then mix cream and mayonnaise. Add raisins, dates, celery and lemon juice to the mayonnaise mixture.
- Add walnuts and marshmallows and mix well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving. I hope you will like it!!!
