  26. 1/4 cup water or more depending on desired consistency

Falafel salad recipe

  1. In a medium bowl, fill the chickpeas and beans with water and leave overnight.
  2. After soaking, dry the chickpeas and chickpeas and let them dry. Put in a blender 1 tsp salt and stir until they resemble a thick crumb.   5. To make tahini sauce, mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes a soft and creamy mass. If desired, add more water to release. As it cools it will thicken!
